Rental and Development of Hanger 1 (1.2 Acre Parcel) Long Island MacArthur Airport
The Airport is issuing this RFP to offer a 12,000 sq.ft. hanger including approximately 6,000 sq.ft. of office space and 30,000 sq.ft. associated apron for aircraft parking as well as an undeveloped vehicle parking lot that will need to be developed. The Airport is seeking a prospective tenant that will have a long-term interest in the hangar and facility
Re-Development of Town of Islip Owned Property on 190 Railroad Avenue and 11 Swatze Street, Sayville, NY
This RFP is being issued by the Town of Islip Town Attorney to encourage re-development of the site which is currently occupied by two vacant buildings sharing a central parking lot. The site is projected to be declared surplus property in anticipation that the successful proposer will purchase the property or be granted a long term license agreement, permitting its use of the site for re-development purposes.
