Ground Transportation Services: Taxicab and Enhances Train to Plane Shuttle Services between L.I. MacArthur Airport and Ronkonkoma Railroad Station
This concession is for Ground Transportation Service: Taxicab and/or enhanced Train to Plane shuttle services originating at Long Island MacArthur Airport in the designated area of the Main Terminal Building located at 100 Arrival Avenue, Ronkonkoma, NY 11779 and Ronkonkoma Railroad Station located at Hawkins Avenue, Ronkonkoma, NY 11779. Taxi services are also desired throughout Long Island and the NY Metro area.
Comprehensive Study and Analysis of Waterfront Facilities
The purpose of this RFP is to procure a qualified and experienced firm to provide two (2) comprehensive studies encompassing an analysis of the existing conditions at these waterfront facilities. One study will focus on Town marinas, boat ramps, docks and their associated facilities. The other study will focus on passive-use water-facing areas (i.e., road endings). PLEASE SEE ADDENDUM #1
Develop, Operate and Manage Food and Beverage Concession at MacArthur Airport
The Town of Islip invites the submission of proposals from persons and firms who have the means and experience to develop, operate and manage a food and beverage concession in the non-secured portion of the terminal building at Long Island MacArthur Airport.
