Rental and Development of Hangar 1 (1.2 Acre Parcel)
The Airport is issuing this RFP to offer a 12,000 sq. ft. hanger including approximately 6,000 sq. ft. of office space and 30,000 sq. ft. associated apron for aircraft parking as well as an undeveloped vehicle parking lot that will need to be developed. The entire parcel is approximately 1.2 acres.
